New version: RadiMation Version 2022.2.5

We have released an updated version of the RadiMation software, which includes several improvements and fixes for problems that have been detected since the release of the 2022.2.4 version.
This version 2022.2.5 has been validated by our internal software quality checks. We strongly advise to test and verify (according to your quality system) this and each new version of RadiMation at for example a separate PC or laptop with your setup and with your measurement equipment, before you are going to use it for daily operation.

We always advise to thoroughly test each new RadiMation software version to determine if it works correctly in your situation with your equipment, before you use it for daily measurements. This is even a requirement for all ISO 17025 accredited test-labs. To enable customers to validate new software versions before they implement that new software version, we even made it possible to install multiple versions of RadiMation side-by-side on a single PC. It is of course also possible to perform this validation on for example a separate PC or laptop.

Known issues
  • #9118: Ambient suppression in Multiband Emission GTEM causes that the GTEM correlation is not performed
If you have a problem or question, please do not hesitate to report it to us, so we can continue to improve RadiMation.

Fixed issues
The following issues are fixed in this 2022.2.5 version (compared to the 2022.2.4 version):
  • #4902: Device driver of RadiSense should raise a specific error during the Check if the laser is not activated
  • #5723: LOCAL command is send to RadiSense 4 with direct to PC communication
  • #11717: EC_OperationTimeOut and EC_RADIPOL_WARNING_BATTERY_LOW use wrong constants
  • #11736: Improve Logging of the RadiPower Set<-->ModulationConfiguration() functions
  • #13169: Rohde & Schwarz ESRP 7: VI_ERROR_TMO: A timeout occurred
  • #13210: AR 200S1G4 & AR 200S1G6 Interlock state is not detected
  • #13271: clsSettingCalculatedFieldParameters::CompareTo is incorrectly implemented
  • #13282: Correction file for Reflection Factor for antenna is not described in manual
  • #13295: Order: Quatest 2 - Quality Assurance and Testing Center 2
  • #13306: RTE1024 setting a negative start frequency results in data out of range error
  • #13328: Configured power for the minimal stepdown performance in SB is limited to 0.1 db
  • #13358: Index out of range when populating the combobox for the AD-Converter selection of the monitoring input window
