As none of the EUTs can be opened in 2014.2.8, or earlier, but perfectly fine in the Beta 2015.1.3, I provide a ZIP of a training test in its entirety.

Reinstalled 2014.2.8 and no changes. Previous version installed (2014.2.6 no change). Have just downloaded/installed RadiMation 2015.1.3 (Beta release), and this allowed all EUT's to be opened up perfectly.
