Open the 'Device drivers' window by clicking in the menu -> 'Configuration' -> 'Configuration' (figure 1.1) and then on the correct tab or open it directly by the menu -> 'Devices' ->
'Configure...' (figure 1.2).
Then click on the dropdown menu and select 'Turntables' (figure 2).
Click on the 'New' button to create a new turntable device (figure 3.1) and the device driver database will be searched when you start typing (figure 3.2).
When the corresponding device is found, select this device driver from the list and click 'New' (figure 3.3).
A new window will be showed where you can change the description (figure 3.4).
Click 'Ok'. Your device driver is now added to RadiMation.
To configure the new device, open the advance configuration by double clicking it from the device driver list (figure 4) or by selecting your device and then click on the 'Edit' button.
Now the device driver configuration window (figure 5.1) is opened.
Click the 'Advanced' button and from the newly opened screen (figure 5.2) the 'GPIB' button.
Configure your GBIB address in this window (figure 5.3). Confirm and close all underlying screen by clicking on the 'Ok' buttons.
After this configuration it is recommended to perform a quick 'Check' (use the button from figure 5.1) to see if these communication settings are correct and the device is recognized (figure 5.5).
Repeat this process and add for the 'Antennas' device driver type a new 'Virtual Antenna' and for the 'Receivers/Spectrum analysers' type a new 'Virtual Spectrum Analyser'.
Now with these devices (Turntable, antenna and spectrum analyser) we have to create a new test site/test equipment, before we can control the turntable.
Click in the menu -> 'Test-Sites' -> 'Configure...' (figure 6) and click the small 'Add' button in the new window to create a new Test Equipment (figure 7.1).
Give a new name to your Test Equipment e.g. 'Virtual + Inn-Co CO 3000'. Click on the 'Ok' button to confirm (figure 7.2).
Start adding devices to this Test Equipment by clicking on the large 'Add' Button and selecting the correct device driver type and name (figure 7.3).
Repeat this process for all other devices which are necessary to add. The devices are categorized into several tabs. So for instance if you want to add a Spectrum analysers, first open the 'Standard 2' tab (figure 7.4).
We have succesfully added our needed devices and create a Test-site/Test Equipment which are making use of these devices.
Now we are able to start a new test. To perform any test it is needed to have an EUT file opened. So we are going to create one.
Create a new EUT file by the menu -> 'New' -> 'EUT' (figura 8.1) or simple by the shortkey 'CTRL + E'.
Enter a file name e.g. 'Testing Inn-Co CO 3000' and click 'Save' (figure 8.2).
Leave this (newly opened) EUT screen open to be able to perform any test. Select from the menu -> 'Tests' -> 'Radiated Emission' -> 'Manual Mode' (figure 8.3).
Select the Test Engineer you want to use for this test and confirm with 'Start Test' (figure 8.4): the test window will be opened.
Finally it is yet needed to select a Test Equipment, use the 'Select' button (figure 8.5).
Now, in this manual test it is possible to remote control your turntable (figure 8.6).
