This new version of RadiMation is now completely written using the Microsoft .NET platform, which ensures that we can support RadiMation also on future operating systems. Because RadiMation is now build using .NET platform, development of new features will be significantly easier and faster. Also a lot of improvements are included in this new version. And this version is still completely compatible with the older 5.8 releases.
To name some of the improvements that are included in this release:
- Exporting the data of a graph line is now much easier. This also allows to very easily create reference lines to compare emission measurements
- It is now possible to perform Radiated Immunity calibrations, using the constant power method.
- The table of performed tests in the EUT window remembers the sorting, and sorts the columns correctly. Also drawing of table is much faster with a lot of tests.
- The detected peak tables, are now correctly sorted on the frequency
- A 'Devices' menu is present in the main menu bar, which provides easier access to the configured device drivers.
- A 'Virtual Instrument' is present for all the powermeters, which allows to perform manual measurements with the powermeter
- Sizing of windows has improved a lot, and much more windows are sizeable now (and will remember their position)
- The selected Windows Theme will be used to draw windows and controls.
- Numerous improvements to the available device drivers.
