New version: RadiMation version 2013.1.20

Today we released a new version of RadiMation software, which includes several improvements and fixes for problems that have been detected since the release of the 2013.1.19 version.
The following issues are fixed in this 2013.1.20 version (compared to the 2013.1.19 version):
No changes have been made to the measurement algorithms and correction calculations.

The following issues are fixed in this 2013.1.20 version (compared to the 2013.1.19 version):
- #2848: Regulated testlevel should be above requested testlevel if testlevel could not be regulated within the tolerance
- #4910: Closed loop electrical field regulation is always assuming a linear system
- #5036: Not all limit lines are shown in an emission test
- #5063: Power delivery test is extremely slow
