Errors sending parameters to receivers

Errors sending some parameters to the receiver: some repetitive and controlled, some randomly and not controlled.
Modern receivers are complex and complicated measurement devices. And also because of the influence of software internally in those receivers, more options and variants of the same receivers are available. Because of this variation of the activated options in the receivers, it can indeed happen that setting of parameters are not working as expected, or are working similar on the same receiver with our without that option.
And to make it worse, the speed in which new receiver models are released, and the amount of firmware updates that are released, result in more variation and differences in the correct control of measurement equipment.
