How to obtain the info which Operator performed a test?

Post by sast »

It is requires that the name of the operator who performed the test is stored. This information seems to be missing in the multiband tests.

The information of the test engineer that performed the test in RadiMation is not missing. Also in the multiband tests, it is registered and stored in the test result data file.
The multiband tests are using the name of the engineer that is currently logged-in in RadiMation. The logged-in engineer can be changed by selecting the ‘Change Engineer’ option from the ‘File’ menu.

It is also possible to show the engineers name in the list of performed tests on the EUT window. Right Click on column header of the ‘performed tests’ lists in the EUT window, and select the ‘Column chooser’, then the ‘Test Engineer’ column can be added to the list, and it is visible which engineer performed the test.

Also the name of the engineer can be used in the report generator. Use the ||<TEST-NAME>|TEST ENGINEER|| report generator code to extract the name of the engineer that performed the test.

I assume that this explains all the questions you have regarding the storage of the test engineer name.

In the Singleband test there is a dedicated drop-down box where you can choose the engineer who performed the test.
This is probably a more flexible solution instead of taking into account the logged-in engineer.
