Settings for NI-SPY

Post by joro »

The National Instruments NI-SPY program can be used to capture the communication between RadiMation and the measuring device. This information can help the RadiMation support team to investigate communication problems.
For an optimum result it is important that as much as possible data is captured in the NI-SPY program. The settings for NI-SPY can be configured by selecting the 'Tools', 'Options...' menu in the NI-SPY program.
Especially the large number for 'Call history depth' is important.

In the newest version of the National Instruments software, the NI-SPY is renamed to 'IO Trace'. The configuration of the programs are however very similar.
