Beginners guide for RadiLog and Automatic Error Reporting

Post by sast »

The latest versions of RadiMation has a build in logger. Normally we prefer to use this dedicated logger to provide us with information.

Beginners guide for full Automatic Error Reporting (after an error):
A0. During the test or check an error is raised and the RadiMation Error Window is shown.
A1. At the RadiMation Error Window, click at the button "Details". Now the window is extended, and press the "Report" button.
A2. Once pressed on the "Report" button, the Error Report window will popup.
A3. Please fill in the additional information like requested. This information is also used to contact you about the reported problem, thus please ensure the correctness.
A4. The report can now be send to the Support department. Just hit the "Send button"'.
A5. The complete report including communication logging has now been send to our Support department.
