Is there a possibility to be kept informed about issues I have reported to the RadiMation Support Team?

Our issue-tracking system indeed has the possibility to send you e-mails for every change that is performed. However, this option is not enabled by default for our customers. If you like to receive notifications, you only have to sent a request the Support Team and we will apply this setting. From that moment a standard notification is send whenever an issue is modified.
