Field sensor in CI measurements?

Post by incognito »

We want a HF current injection on a panel of a cabinet and measure the field strength in the cabinet. For the injection of the flow, we use the Conducted immunity substitution test in RadiMation. Now I can add the RadiSense in used equipment and under Input, Field Probes I can select it, but after the start of test, there is no field sensor to see. It also is not initialized. It seems that there is no field sensor is supported by a CI measurement (of course normally also not necessary, but for this experiment we like that).

Is there a possibility the RadiSense there to get into the CI measurement?

It is indeed not possible to measure a field strength sensor in a singleband conducted immunity test.
However, the multiband immunity tests are much more flexible. Also the Multiband Conducted Immunity test, does allow that the field strength is measured.

I would advise you, to use the Conducted Immunity Multiband test.
