Hi again,
i am trying to test BCI, closed loop, minimum performance with fixed power multiband. The measurement is completly not usable. Is this issue known and if yes, when will it be fixed?
Kind Regards,
Marius Rosu
Minimum performance in Fixed power multiband tests
Re: Minimum performance in Fixed power multiband tests
Hi Marius,
Can you give some more details regarding 'completly not usable'?
What did you expect to happen?
What is happening?
It would also be nice if you could describe the TSF settings that you used.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Minimum performance in Fixed power multiband tests
Hello,
first i will describe what I am expecting from a minimum performance measurement:
1) If one of the monitored values is out of tolerance the test level will be decreased until all monitored values are inside the tolerances. After that will follow the frequency change;
2) The measurements should be recorded (test curent, forward power, monitored values)
Next, the setups in the TSF: See Attachment
3) Radimation decreases the generator level (not allways) but the decresed level is not recorded and an event of mal function of DUT is not notified. In the fixed current single band this works correct.
May be you can fix this in the same step with including the Ford requirement I wrote in another thread. Ples notify that threshold detection is very important for our customers.

Re: Minimum performance in Fixed power multiband tests
Ok. Thanks for the more detailed description, it is now more clear what is going wrong.
I agree that the minimum performance test should be working as you describe in points 1 and 2.
We have to investigate if the minimum performance is working the same in Multiband immunity.
I will let you know the result of that investigation within a few days.
