When deleting all Monitoring input channels they return

When I deleting all the Monitoring input channels (including the default eight channels) they return after I re-open the EUT. Why?
We understand that this can be confusing. However, the software behavior is designed this way to stay backwards compatible.
The default eight channels will always return, but will not be harmful because they are default disabled and not configured.
