Error: No data or incorrect data returned by device

Performimg Conducted Immunity > Fixed Voltage test. Test set-up with generator, amplifier and oscilloscope.
Starting up test (iniatilisation) no problem. At first frequency point error "TDS3054B: No data or incorrect data was returned by the device" occurs.
After cancel error and proceed test, same error occurs on next frequency point, a.s.o.
Visual inspection of the hardware during test encounters that the generator is only a short period of time (0.5 second) on. Probably the oscilloscoop has no time to measure the amplitude of the signal to control the generator and causes therefore the error message in Radimation.

When choosing a multimeter, in stead of an oscilloscope, as measurement device in the same test set-up, the software crashes immediately, closes and start-up Radimation again.
