Always change polarization above 1 meter?

We have an problem with our antenna tower. Due to technical issues with our antenna tower, the changing of the polarization is not always working, if the antenna tower is at 1 meter height. It is alwaysworking correctly if the antenaa tower is above 1.1 meter.
Can we configure RadiMation to always do an antenna polarization change when the antenna is for example at 1.2 meters?
An ideal situation would be that if the antenna is at 1 meters height, the antenna is first moved to 1.2 meters, then polarization is changed, and the antenna is lowered to 1 meter again.
