How to determine measurement values for inidividual sensors?

Post by incognito »

Hello support,

We have managed to get the RadiPower power meter to work now, to perform a burst measurement according ETSI EN 300 328.

If we connect two power sensors to do a simultaneous power measurement, only the combined power reading is displayed in the Max e.i.r.p reading in the measurement values. How can we read off the precise value of the individual power sensors instead of estimating based from the plot? (Red & Blue dotted line per attached)

Thanks!

Re: How to determine measurement values for inidividual sens

Hi,

It is currently not possible to see the exact measurement values of a single power sensor when this single power sensor is used in a combined power reading. The EN 300 328 only describes that the combined measurement values should be shown.

It is of course possible to repeat the measurement with a single power sensor. In that situation the exact measurement values of that single power measurement will be shown below the graph.
A second measurement with only the other single power sensor allows to determine the exact measurement value of the other power measurement.
So by repeating the measurement it is possible to get the exact measurement values, however this does require to repeat the measurement.

I hope this answers your question.
