What is the 'Peak to maximum' function in a MB Emission test

In a MB emission test, there is a 'Peak Actions' button above the list of detected peaks.
This button shows a popup menu, which also includes a 'Peaks to maximum' action. What does this 'Peaks to maximum' do?

The 'peaks to maximum' function will redetermine on which turntable angle and antenna tower height the highest emission value was measured on the frequency of the selected peak. This angle and height will be updated in the selected peak, together with the corresponding measured emission values. If multiple peaks are selected, this search for the highest emission value is done individually for every selected peak.

This 'peaks to maximum' function can be very helpful during the angle or height optimization of a peak. If after manual changes of the antenna height or turntable angle, no other maximum is found, the peak can be reset to the angle and height where the maximum was determined. 'Peaks to maximum', will thus select that location on which the highest emission value was measured.

It is not necessary that equipment is connected or controlled. The search for the maximum emission is just a mathemical determination on previously measured values.

We improved our manual based on this question. See for more information: http://wiki.dare.nl/wiki/index.php/Chap ... aks_window
