When triing to : Generate report using spread sheet program, the message "You are not licensed to use the Excel Report" appears. Why is it so? My dongle has : RI,CI,PI,RE,CE,RG.

Your dongle doesn't seem to be licensed to use the Excel Exporter. The dongle should have the code 'EE' (Excel Exporter).
